Mastering Tools from System 6000

The MD3 Stereo Mastering package includes two algorithms, MD3 Multiband Dynamics and BrickWall Limiter. For stereo and single sources, this duo brings professional production and mastering possibilities to Pro Tools users.

MD3 Multiband Dynamics is a high-end mastering tool offering dual mono and stereo processing in three frequency bands. Advanced MS processing may be applied selectively to M and S components of any stereo mix, thereby providing outstanding control over image, spectrum, and width.

BrickWall Limiter prevents downstream distortion and early listener fatigue. Take advantage of TC’s substantial research into this issue, and start making music that survives data reduction, or just being reproduced on a CD player. BrickWall Limiter is bit-transparent below the threshold of limiting.

Both algorithms feature 48-bit, fixed-point, hi-res processing.
